A: We provide warranty service due to non-artificial quality problems.
1. one year for the main vehicle, except the battery, tires and the plastic casing.
2. six months for battery.
3. one month for inner and outer tires.
  In 2016, HX model also working on the certifiation testing. 
    The CE and RoHS from SGS company. UL2272 for all HX model. 
    
    Certification of hoverboard : CE,RoHS, FCC, UL2272 , REACH , RoHS ,WEEE, TUV gold supplier approved .
    
    The meterial (even the manual )of hoverboard will be different based on the different certification,
